Keith Harfield President & CEO

Literally “the driving force” of Harfield & Associates, Keith has steered the agency with a relentless desire to exceed clients’ expectations and deliver “the goods” with each and every initiative. Keith is a classically trained marketer from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with over 25 years experience combined on both the agency and the client side.

He is a man of tremendous strategic thinking and sound business acumen. His career began “client side” in the music and electronics industry with A&B Sound and provided him with the foundation to bring his experience and knowledge to a larger range of clients.

Clients look to Keith for his “no holds barred” expertise and ability to deliver multi-layered programs across the country and across multi-media platforms. He doesn’t sugar coat anything – from words to mark-ups. Just a killer work ethic and a lot of unexpected extras. Keith’s tenacious approach to “winning the war” for all of his clients resonates throughout the staff and is delivered daily.

Jennifer Harfield Association Administrator

It’s a good thing that Jennifer not only has a great head for numbers, but also impeccable record-keeping skills and a highly developed sense of order. She is called upon as needed as a resource for our larger clients where there are multiple stakeholders (ie. Dealerships, Retail stores for large franchises).

Prior to joining Harfield & Associates, she spent two decades working in virtually every facet of the rock and roll music management business. Through that experience, she sharpened her ability to be organized, focused and unflappable, regardless of the situation.

As Harfield’s Association Administrator, she oversees the day-to-day co-op advertising activities and claims of five separate Honda Dealer associations.

The scope of Jennifer’s position incorporates the processing of claims information, as well as managing dealers’ escrow accounts, informing association members of monthly advertising budgets, keeping track of wholesale vehicle sales numbers…and several other highly detail-oriented tasks.
